My wife Katie (a 1986 graduate of Holland Christian) and I are lifelong residents of the Holland area. We have two daughters, Caroline and Megan, both married and working. We are members of Christ Memorial Church.

I graduated from Hope College with a B.S. in Computer Science/Mathematics. I also have a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University. My professional experience has provided many opportunities where I served as Director of Data Services and Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Support Services in a K-12 school setting. I joined Holland Christian in the fall of 2010 as the Director of Finance and also work in the finance area for other area schools. I am a member of MSBO (Michigan School Business Officials) and completed the CFO certification program.

I consider it a privilege to work with the staff, parents, and students of Holland Christian. It is a blessing to work together with the entire Holland Christian community to help our students grow in knowledge and service in His kingdom.
