Polar Plunge

We invite you to come and watch as our staff and students that the Cool School Plunge!

WHAT IS A COOL SCHOOL PLUNGE?
It is a fundraiser for Special Olympics Michigan and HCHS! Students & staff that raise money for Special Olympics Michigan & HCHS make a pledge to plunge into chilly water OR to become a Frozen Fan. This is one of the biggest fundraisers for Special Olympics Michigan Unified Champion Schools. SOMI UCS helps fund and make our HCHS Unified programming possible. Holland Christian High School will also directly earn 10% of our school’s fundraising amount. Here is a highlight video from our last plunge in 2023 which can give you an idea of what to expect.

The Plunge also welcomes donations online. If your pledging in support of one Staff/Student participant in particular be sure to search for their name in the Fundraiser box.
