March @ HCS

We’ve been practicing and learning amazing things all during January and February, and we’re excited to show them off throughout March! Concerts, basketball tournaments, plays, and programs–we’d love to have you join us for any or all of them!

Fun March HC events we’d love an audience for:

• Saturday, March 4, 9am-noon: Spring Kids’ Stuff  Resale at HCHS Main Street; $1 entry fee goes to the Tuition Grant Fund
• Thursday-Saturday, March 9-11: Middle School Play at HCMS, The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood: Purchase tickets for the Middle School Play.
• Wednesday, March 15, 10-11am: HCHS Job Fair
• Friday & Saturday, March 17-18, 7pm: Living Hope Showcase, “The Wonderful World of Disney: A Magical Night of Song & Dance”:Purchase Living Hope Showcase.
• Tuesday, March 21, 7pm: Band Extravaganza: All HCS bands @ Jack Miller Center at Hope College
• Thursday, March 23, 6:30pm: Rose Park Spring Program @ Christ Memorial Church
• Friday, March 24, 6:45pm: Swingin’ the Night Away @ HCHS Cafeteria

Important parent dates for March:

• Thursday, March 2: HCHS (3:3-6:30) & HCMS (5:30-8:30) Parent/Teacher Conferences
• Monday, March 20: K-5 Parent/Teacher Conferences
• Monday, March 27: K-5 Parent/Teacher Conferences
• Friday, March 24: Half day for teacher professional development
• Friday, March 31: No school–1st day of spring break!

Winter MHSAA post season athletics info:

• All Holland Christian tickets for MHSAA post season events are sold here through GoFan; no passes are accepted. General Fan Support from GoFan, with customer service is linked here.
• Girls basketball district/playoff bracket linked here.
• Boys basketball district/playoff bracket linked here.
• Last Unified basketball game Friday, March 3, 4pm @ Rose Park Elementary: HCHS vs. HCMS
• Boys swimming & diving state finals are @ Oakland University March 10-11, with 13 HCHS swimmers & divers currently who have made the cut so far.
