Happy April Pine Ridge families,
I pray that you have a refreshing spring break and a glorious Easter celebrating our Risen Savior. We are well into spring and it feels like such a time of renewal and new growth here at Pine Ridge. In my daily devotional time I came across this prayer that seems fitting as we enter into April and we start to think about the goals and growth that has been made this school year:
“I thank you for the victory in every area of our lives, God. I thank you that your promises are true and you will never leave or forsake us. I delight in your love, oh Father. I declare that you are capable of the impossible and you can turn any situation around. I believe in your word God. I am excited to see your full measure of grace, blessings, and healing poured out in our lives and our loved ones. I ask that you would give us peace and remove any doubt or fear within us. I trust that you are behind the scenes fighting our battles even when it seems our enemies are numerous. I trust in you to get the victory, God.”
Thank you to all those who were able to stop in for conferences; it was great to see you and be able to speak into your child’s growth. We look forward to all the happenings in April.
In prayer with you,
Dinah

Grandparents Day
Grandparents and grand friends are invited to Pine Ridge on April 20 from 1-2:15pm. We will meet in the gym for some refreshments followed by a program and a visit to your student’s classroom. The Maroon & White shop will be set up in the media center if you’re on the hunt for some new HC gear! South Side will be having Grandparents Day on April 20 in the morning.
Maroon & White Shop
There will be a pop-up shop in the media center during Grandparents Day that will be open until 4pm, so feel free to stop in and shop at pickup too!
Tulip Time ’23
An email was sent out on February 13 asking for your child’s preference for the Tulip Time parade this year. If you have not already filled it out, please fill out this Tulip Time Survey so we can make sure we are prepared with the correct props.
If you are choosing to be in the “Dutch Heritage” section, remember that you’ll need to wear a Dutch costume. The Tulip Time office is holding a Dutch Costume Resale on Wednesday, April 12 5-8pm at the Holland Civic Center. You can find more information on this flyer from the Tulip Time Office. If you chose the “Tulip” section for the parade, you will want to make sure that you have your Holland Christian Streams of Living Water t-shirt ready to go.
Tuition Grant Application
The Tuition Grant online application process for the 2023-24 school year began February 1. The Facts Application is available on the FACTS website. If you have questions, please email our tuition accounts manager, Terry VanDerKolk, or call her at 616.820.2807.
