Not every student with learning challenges qualifies for special education services. Students who demonstrate academic needs but are not found eligible through the Child Find process may still receive targeted support through our MTSS framework.
Each student’s needs are carefully considered to determine whether our programs and services can provide an appropriate educational experience. While we are able to support many students with a variety of learning needs, there are times when a student’s academic, behavioral, social-emotional, or functional needs require a level of specialized programming beyond what our school can reasonably provide.
When this occurs, we partner closely with families to prayerfully and thoughtfully determine the educational setting that will best meet their child’s unique needs. Our priority is always the student’s growth and well-being. We will assist families in exploring programs and services that can provide the level of support their child requires so they can learn, grow, and flourish.
Although these conversations can be difficult, they are guided by our commitment to act in the best interest of each student and to help every child thrive in the educational environment that is best suited to their needs.
Our desire is to provide meaningful, individualized support that enables students to grow academically while remaining fully engaged in our Christ-centered community.
