Andrew Johnson
I grew up in western Massachusetts. In 2010 I moved out to Michigan to attend Kuyper College, where I studied Bible and Theology and Pre-Seminary Studies. I returned to MA to get my M.Ed. from UMASS, Amherst. I have taught the humanities in two classical Christian schools for seven years. My family moved to MI in 2022, and we reside in Grand Rapids. I have been a part of HCS since 2025, and I love being a part of this community. I chose to work at HCS because I care about relationships, academic excellence, and faith formation. My wife, Diana, and I have been married since 2015. We have three awesome children: Evan, Aleithea, and Haddon. Our favorite place is the beach. I enjoy a lot of things, including reading, writing, traveling, and sports--especially soccer and surfing. ---
