I am originally from Mexico, but my family and I moved to Michigan in 2005 due to a job opportunity for my husband. In Mexico I attended college for psychology and worked for Amway as a marketing assistant. My husband and I have been blessed with four kids, from lower elementary to teenagers. My family and I attend Holland First Assembly of God where we actively serve the Lord, a pillar in our lives. I have been working at HC since 2016, and it is a very rewarding experience! I started working in the English preschool classrooms, but when I heard about the Spanish immersion initiative, I got very excited to be a part of it!

I love what I get to do in the classroom, and knowing that for some kids, I am a part of their first school experience. I am very committed to creating a loving environment, and to teaching in my native language–something that I am very passionate about.
