I believe that God has amazing plans for each one of His children, and I am so excited that I get to play a small part in those plans here at Holland Christian. I have been teaching at Holland Christian since 1989 as either a 3rd, 4th or 5th grade teacher. I also am the Varsity Diving Coach at Holland Christian High School. I love that I get to share God’s love with the students in my classroom as well as the athletes on the swim team, and help them each discover their own part of God’s big story.

I am a 1989 graduate of Hope College with a major in Learning Disabilities and Elementary education. My husband Brian and I have been married since 1990, and we have three grown children. We live in Zeeland, where we are members of Faith Reformed Church.
