I graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2025 with a degree in Health and Physical Education. Following graduation, I spent my first year teaching PE in Nicaragua. I am thrilled to return to West Michigan to join the team at Holland Christian. Having grown up in Hudsonville and attended Unity Christian, I love this community and am honored to join the HC team. Athletics have always been a central part of my life, which inspired my desire to teach PE. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy traveling, hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family. Having experienced K-12 Christian education myself, I deeply appreciate how it teaches students to see God's hand in every area of life. I look forward to helping students discover how uniquely God has created them, and how we can use exercise to steward His creation.
