As a Holland Christian graduate, it's a privilege to return and serve the community that helped shape my faith and worldview from an early age. My education continued at Calvin University, where I earned a BA in business, and later at Western Michigan University, where I received my MBA. Before joining Holland Christian, I spent nearly 12 years as a vice president in retail banking with Huntington National Bank. In 2012, I returned to Calvin, serving as Associate Director of Planned Giving and, since 2021, as Executive Director of Alumni and Family Engagement. Along the way, I also served two terms as treasurer on the Board of Directors for Dutton Christian School, which eventually led to a part-time role as Director of Finance. My wife and I have seen firsthand how Christian education has formed our two daughters' faith, character, and sense of God's calling. I'm passionate about partnering with parents, churches, and educators to help every student discover their God-given gifts and prepare to serve Christ in every area of life.
