Katherine will be teaching math and is a passionate and dedicated Christian educator with a strong academic background and a heart for service. A graduate of Calvin University with a degree in secondary mathematics education and minors in Spanish and business, Katherine combines rigorous academic training with a Christ-centered approach to teaching. Her experience as a teacher intern at multiple schools, including Lowell High School and East Grand Rapids Middle School, has equipped her to meet the needs of all her students while fostering an hospitable and engaging classroom environment. Katherine’s deep faith is reflected in her long-standing commitment to church ministry, where she has served as a GEMS leader and Sunday school teacher. She also brings with her a passion for the global perspective with a study abroad experience in Spain and fluency in Spanish. Katherine is excited to contribute to the mission of Holland Christian High School by inspiring students both academically and spiritually.
