I graduated from Western Michigan University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Social Work and began my career as a mental health clinician, where I gained experience supporting adolescents and families. After becoming a mother, I stayed home raising my three children while also serving in various roles within our community. In spring of 2025, I became a Somatic Practitioner and began a private practice focused on supporting children and adolescents, particularly in response to the profound need for greater support around emotional regulation and nervous system health. As a mother of three children who attend Holland Christian, I am especially grateful for the opportunity to be part of a community that values the academic, emotional, relational and spiritual growth of each student.
