I graduated from Calvin College in 1987 with a B.A. in Secondary Art Education. Prior to being in the Guided Studies room, I aided in the Learning Center and taught Art and American Culture at Holland Christian High School.

My husband Clint and I have three grown children who graduated from Holland Christian and Calvin College. We are members of 14th Street Christian Reformed Church and have been greatly blessed by being part of the faith community there. In my free time, I enjoy reading, running, painting and creating liturgical art with kids at church.

It’s a great privilege to be able to guide a student with their learning. Many students are unsure of their strengths and abilities, and I love helping them recognize, discover and build upon the gifts God has given them.
