As a missionary kid, I was born and lived in Puerto Rico until my parents' work moved us to Crete, IL in 2001. In 2015, we moved to Zeeland and I’ve been here ever since. My parents' mission work strongly shaped my worldview and led me to teaching Bible and Spanish. In 2019, I graduated from Calvin College with a B.A. in secondary Spanish & Bible education. My studies centered on Spanish language, history, and culture; OT biblical studies; and reformed theology. I began teaching at Holland Christian in 2019. Outside of school, I love spending time and traveling with my wife, and I enjoy all things soccer. ¡Vamos a Barcelona y Argentina! I am continually excited for the work I have at Holland Christian – pursuing our mission, encouraging students and staff, and living out the faith.
