Homeschool Connection Application Deposit Form

This form is only for families applying for our K-5th (HC)² program. You can use this form to pay your K-5th (HC)² the $95 non-refundable application deposit which will be applied to your child's tuition. If your child is placed on the waiting list, you will be notified and your deposit will be refunded. Payment can also be made by check sent to Holland Christian Schools (HC)2 Attn: Krista Seabolt 956 Ottawa Ave, Holland, MI 49423.
