2. We (I) understand that admission decisions are subject to the governing authorities of Holland Christian Schools, which reserves the right in its sole discretion to accept or reject any student.

Student Information Policy

If your child is admitted to Holland Christian Schools, this release allows Holland Christian Schools to use photographs of your child in publications and advertising. I hereby grant permission for Holland Christian Schools (HCS) to record the image, voice, or likeness of my minor child(ren) named below. I authorize the use of these materials or any reproduction of the same in any form (whether blurred, distorted, altered, and/or in composite) for the purpose of television, print, publicity, advertising, or scholastic purposes. Examples would include the HCS website, printed brochures, or advertising (including, but not limited to, newspaper ads, billboards, mailers, TV ads, radio ads.)More information on the Student Information policy.

Student Information Policy Agreement

I understand that all photos/audio/video will remain the property of HCS, and that HCS has the right to alter or duplicate as they see fit. I release HCS from any claims and/or liability arising in any way whatsoever from the making, distribution, or use of these materials. I understand that the photos/audio/videos are property of HCS, that the use of these are a donation on my behalf to further the mission of the school, and that I will receive no monetary compensation.
