I often eat kale in secret, when no one is looking. I sometimes smile so much that my face hurts. I rarely meet someone I don't consider a friend. I find deep joy in teaching children about the grace of Jesus that has transformed my life. Hope College was a great beginning for undergraduate teacher training. I also have Masters' degrees in music education and theology. With nearly 20 years of teaching in elementary, I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of the Holland Christian family. You are an amazing group of people, and I'm so honored by the way you love God, love each other, and love others. Oh, and did someone say a farm? What could be better than gardening with children? I have three beautiful, dirt-smudged children at Rose Park and an amazing husband, Ryan, who is a pastor.
