I graduated from Hope College in 2022 with a B.A. in elementary education and a focus in early childhood education. I have since spent time nannying in Alaska and teaching Young 5’s at a nature-based early childhood center in Muskegon. It is a dream to get to work with children, and even more of a dream to begin working with children in the Forest. As a fourth grade student, I wrote that I would change the world by becoming a teacher. I think it is so cool that I now get to live out my childhood dream each day! When I am not at school I love to challenge myself with new recipes to bake, get creative, and spend as much time as possible outdoors. I am so grateful for the opportunity to experience God’s incredible creation through a child’s perspective while working and playing in the Forest.
