I attended and graduated from Holland Christian. I went to Grand Valley State University for my Bachelors Degree in English and Elementary Education. Before coming to teach at Holland Christian, I taught for 12 years at Beaverdam Christian School in Hudsonville. I received my Masters Degree in Reading from Grand Valley State University in April of 2011.

My life has been deeply impacted by Christian Education. Jesus is my Lord, and I feel overjoyed that I can share my love of God with my students at Holland Christian. I am married to my husband Brian, and we have three sons.

Each child is uniquely created by God, in His image. School is a place where students grow and develop the gifts God has given them. I believe Spiritual development is of utmost importance in a Christian school.
