I graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2004 with a degree in movement science with and emphasis in professional instruction and a minor in health education. I received my masters in educational leadership from GVSU. I taught at Kalamazoo Christian for two years and Allendale for 11 years. My wife Kristin and I have three beautiful daughters: Charlee, Sophia, and Avery. We are members at The Foundry church in Zeeland. Our family enjoys spending our free time boating and fishing on Lake Michigan. During the summer months I run a charter fishing service out of Holland. I am very humbled and blessed to be part of the Holland Christian Community. I enjoy helping students navigate through their high school years and help them identify and lean into who God is calling them to be.
