In 1988, I graduated from Elmhurst College with a B.A. in education with a special education endorsement in the areas of learning disabilities and behavioral/emotional disorders.

My family and I relocated from Illinois to Holland in February of 2002, and I began teaching at Holland Christian Schools in the fall of 2002.

My husband, Mike, and I have three adult children. Fortunately, they live in the area, and we are able to enjoy lots of family time.

Teaching in a Christian School enables me to remind the students that I work with that each and every one of them was created in God’s image and was uniquely gifted to serve Him. It is very exciting to work along side students as they prepare to live for Christ in a global society.
