I have two adult children, and am married to my husband, Joe. I attended Hudsonville High School, then moved to California where my husband was stationed in the United States Marine Corps. After moving back to Michigan, I spent several years working in a bank, then the healthcare field before switching to the school system. In the 21-22 school year, I worked for Hudsonville Public Schools as a parapro. I began working for Holland Christian schools in 2022, and I’m so excited to be here. I grew up on the south side of Holland, so working in my hometown is an opportunity that I’m very thankful for. I have learned quickly that working with students is where I belong. I love coming in to school each day seeing the children’s joyful hearts and excitement for learning.
