I graduated from Calvin College in 2003 and began my teaching career in California. I moved back to Michigan in 2005 and have had the amazing privilege of working at Holland Christian ever since. I completed my Master’s at Grand Valley State University in 2013. Andy and I were married in 2013 and have since welcomed two sons, Joel and Elijah. We are members of Haven Christian Reformed Church in Zeeland. We live south of Holland and enjoy spending time outside. Some of my hobbies include gardening, hiking, and photographing this beautiful world God created. I love working with students at Holland Christian and seeing their creativity and energy. My passion is helping students learn about God’s world, how God sustains it, and how they can be better caretakers of His world.
