I received my B.A. in Art Education from Grand Valley State University. My Masters was completed in the Art of Teaching from Aquinas College. Along with teaching art, I enjoy serving as the Holland Christian Girls' Varsity Soccer Coach in the spring and as the Associate Head Coach for the Hope College Women’s Soccer team in the fall. My wife Jamie and I were married on July 11, 2015 and we currently reside in Graafschap, MI with our twins. Since working at Holland Christian, I have been blessed by the community that encourages excellence alongside of Christian growth. I am excited to teach art and help students create, while encouraging them to always recognize the ultimate Creator God.
