I graduated from Hope College in 1996 with a degree in language arts and elementary education. I began my career as a 2nd grade teacher, but decided to stay home while my kids were young. In God’s timing, I returned to the classroom and have taught for Holland Christian since 2011. I am currently blessed to teach music at Rose Park. Each day I am able to build relationships with my students as I integrate faith into their learning.

My husband, Dennis, and I are both HC graduates and are blessed with three awesome kids. As a family we love to explore God’s amazing creation by being outside whenever we can. We are active members at Calvary CRC.
