I am a faithful follower of my Lord and Savior! I graduated from GVSU in 2009 with a B.A. in elementary education. I received an endorsement in early childhood education with and emphasis in special education. I’ve taught and served students in several teaching roles in lower education.

I am married and have two children. As a family, we attend First Christian Reformed Church in Grand Rapids. Outside of teaching, I enjoy running, traveling, and spending time and family.

As a Christian educator, it is my responsibility to reveal God’s love to children. I must show to my students that God is in all things. I have the awesome responsibility of helping students discover and develop their gifts and abilities so they can glorify God in their daily life so they can transform the world.
