I grew up in Aberdeen, South Dakota, and moved to Holland after marrying an HC alum, Katie (Philippus) '05, whom I met at Dordt College. God has blessed us with four beautiful children, and it has been a privilege watching them grow! As a family we enjoy spending time in God's incredible creation, being with family and friends, and playing games. I am honored to be working at HC and look forward to seeing how God will use the gifts and talents that He has given me.
