We recognize that the gift of language is from our God, Who revealed Himself to us as the Word. We promote delight in language and word play, in reading and discovery of God’s big world through reading. Each of our elementary schools houses a media center, or library, at the heart of its building, so students are able to check out books to supplement regular classroom books and reading. Furthermore, we’ve found that our emphasis on reading and student literacy through turning pages helps develop higher levels of focus and concentration, and that visiting the library space regularly shows students the joy of reading.

Media Center
Yes, we at Holland Christian emphasize technology and using it well in a quality Christian education. But we also love reading, and love reading from actual books.
