Dear Pine Ridge families,
As we wrap up another wonderful school year, we want to take a moment to celebrate all the joy, growth, and memories we’ve shared together. This year has been filled with curiosity, laughter, creativity, and so many meaningful moments that reminded us how special this community truly is.
We are incredibly proud of all that the children have accomplished — from new friendships and academic achievements to acts of kindness, perseverance, and most importantly the growth that each child has had in their spiritual walk with God is amazing to see. Each child’s growth has been one of the greatest joys of all.
Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and partnership. Your involvement and trust help make our school a warm and inspiring place to learn every day.
We hope your summer is filled with rest, adventure, and time together as a family! Wishing you a safe, happy, and memorable summer!
Dinah

Medical Paperwork 26-27
Any medication prescription or OTC including an inhaler needs a signed form from the doctor before the first day of school. Medications must be stored in the office. Students are not allowed to be in possession of ANY medication with the exceptions of an epipen or inhaler.
Non-Medical Exemptions (Formerly Waivers) Information:
If your child is a new student coming to HC from a different school district (HC is IN-DISTRICT with Holland Public Schools), your old non-medical exemption is invalid, and you will need to schedule an appointment. If your child with (currently has) a non-medical exemption and is returning to Holland Christian for the 26-27 school year, your current non-medical exemption on file is good unless you have chosen to complete a vaccine series during the year that was waived on the non-medical exemption
Please have all new student paperwork turned in before August 7th. This gives the office time to process everything before the 1st day.
Lost & Found
The lost and found album is updated! Please claim your child’s items. All remaining items will be donated to Ditto after our final day of school on Wednesday, June 4.
Thank You!
Thank you to the parent team for hosting and to all who purchased from our book fairs! With the profit we were able to purchase hundreds of new books for our Pine Ridge and South Side libraries, including high interest fiction at a variety of reading levels, and curriculum related nonfiction.
Food Services
Please remember to pay off your child’s online lunch portal! Also, please note that refunds are NOT given at the end of the year; money is transferred to the next school year.
If you have any questions about lunches, please contact Sue.
Student Life & Discipleship Practices
Throughout this school year, our students have spent meaningful time learning and practicing our disciples
hip practices through chapel groups, worship experiences, and daily classroom devotions. These intentional moments have helped us meet each child where they are spiritually, encouraging them to grow in faith, build Christ-centered relationships, and learn what it means to walk in the way Jesus would lead us. Through prayer, worship, Scripture, and conversation, we have seen students develop compassionate hearts, deeper understanding, and a stronger connection to God and one another. It has been a joy to walk alongside them as they continue growing in both faith and character.
