The families of fall middle school athletes (from HC and ZC) and fall high school athletes are responsible for selling or purchasing a 2025 CHAMPS Coupon Book at a discounted rate of $25. From September 3-6, families should have a book come home with their athlete linking them to this payment page, which is hopefully how you arrived here!
By paging through the book, you will quickly realize how fast you will save the cost of the book and beyond through routine purchases. Each book also comes with mobile app coupons for greater Holland and across the US based on your location. If you are a family with multiple fall athletes, we ask you to purchase multiple discounted books and offer one to grandparents, neighbors or someone else who could benefit. If purchasing multiple books or even one book is too big of a burden, the book(s) can be brought back to your child’s respective school office labeled with the name of the athlete and their team so we can sell the book to someone else. Please fill out the information below with payment one time for each book by September 8 so that each specific student-athlete is credited for selling their book… Then you simply start using the coupons today through December 31, 2025.
